Two Duke Realty Associates Return to Cincinnati to Lead Leasing Efforts

Rogus and Palmer both started their careers in the market and remain committed to its success.

(Cincinnati, Ohio – Mar. 5, 2014) The Cincinnati office of Duke Realty Corporation (Duke Realty) announces that Kevin Rogus and Brian Palmer, two associates who previously worked for the company in this market, have returned in new roles. Rogus has been named Senior Vice President, Leasing and Development, and will oversee all industrial and office leasing, as well as new development for Duke Realty in the Cincinnati metro area. Palmer will be a Leasing Representative for Duke Realty’s local industrial properties.

Rogus worked in the Cincinnati market for 21 years holding a number of construction-related positions before being promoted to Senior Vice President of Cincinnati operations, a position he held for three years. Rogus transferred to Phoenix in 2006 to establish an office for Duke Realty in that market and oversee property development and leasing. During his time there, he forged a strong relationship with Amazon.com which led to Duke Realty’s selection for several build-to-suit projects for the ecommerce company nationwide. Rogus is a graduate of the University of Cincinnati with bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering. He will transition to the Cincinnati office in May.

Palmer started his Duke Realty career in construction operations in the Cincinnati office in 2000 and transferred to its Washington, D.C. office in 2009 as Director of Preconstruction. During his tenure, he has been involved in more than 8 million square feet of development and construction projects and a key contributor on many of the company’s most significant transactions. Palmer has a bachelor’s degree in architecture from the University of Cincinnati and an MBA from Indiana University. He was named a Top 20 under 40 Award Recipient in the Mid-Atlantic Region by ENR Magazine in 2013. Brian will be relocating to Cincinnati in April.
