Latest innovation, launched across all Uninor circles for customers and retailers

Uninor has launched its new innovation of “Rocket Recharge” across its 6 operating circles of UP E, UP W, Bihar and Jharkhand, Andhra Pradesh, Maharashtra and Goa and Gujarat. Simply said – “We know your usage, we suggest to you your ideal recharge and we give you extra bonus talk time on top when you take it. Instead of a normal recharge, you can now get a customized Rocket Recharge.”

All Uninor subscribers can now choose to go for their own customized Rocket Recharge. By simply dialing *234# from their Uninor phones, a subscriber can fetch their ideal recharge suggestion from the company’s state-of-the-art automated systems. The system analyses every individual customer’s usage pattern and recommends an ideal recharge amount with an additional bonus ranging from extra talk time, extra SMSes or a discounted VAS service. Subscribers can also ask their local retailers to fetch the Rocket deal for them by dialing the same code.

“We have state-of-the-art systems that give us detailed information of what kind of usage you as a Uninor customer have. You should expect us to make this information benefit you. This is the Rocket philosophy,” said Rajeev Sethi, Chief Marketing Officer of Uninor.

Infact, Rocket Recharge is already receiving an encouraging response with over 7.35lac subscribers having ‘rocket recharged’ their Uninor SIMs within 30 days of the pilot test launch.
