This universal programmer, model VP590, includes a 48-pin ZIF socket and manages 16 and 32-bit word splits. It supports most compilers in JEDEC format including ABEL, CUPL, PALASM, TANGO PLD, ORCAD PLD, PLD Designer and ISDATA and starts programming automatically upon detection of chip insertion under auto-run mode and is fully compatible with Windows XP/2000/NT/Vista operating systems. It conforms to standard file formats such as JEDEC, INTEL (Extended) HEX, HOLTEK, EMC (CDS), INTEL HEX16 and Motorola S records. Additionally, it easily connects with a computer via USB port.
