The Christchurch facilities of Tait Radio Communications experienced an earthquake aftershock on 22 February 2011.

No staff have been physically injured. The campus facilities, which are near the airport rather than the central city district, appear to be in sound condition and a structural inspection is scheduled for today.

Frank Owen Managing Director of Tait Radio Communications said, "clearly, others in our local community here in Canterbury have been far more impacted by this earthquake and our heartfelt thoughts go out to them.

"We are supporting the emergency services with our technology and our people."
