UPDATE: Storm delays Princeton classes, opening of offices until 11 a.m. today

Because of severe weather, Princeton University will delay opening today until 11 a.m. Classes scheduled to begin before that time will not be held. Only employees in critical or essential roles should report for shifts requiring them to work before 11 a.m.

The opening of University libraries is also delayed until 11 a.m. Classes beginning at 11 a.m. will be held as scheduled.

TigerTransit buses are running on a limited basis.

People are advised to wear appropriate footgear and walk carefully on slippery surfaces on campus. They should also be alert for the danger of tree limbs and branches falling.

University officials are continuing to monitor the weather and conditions, and will advise on the University homepage and the SNOW line, 609-258-SNOW, if there is any change in campus status.
