U.S. Department of Transportation issues new guidance on Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) Program for Federal Stimulus 2009 Projects.

Rockville, MD, February 03, 2009 (PressReleasePoint) — The Department of Transportation has issued new guidelines on administering the Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (DBE) in response to potential funding increases due to Federal Stimulus 2009. The Department anticipates that the DBE program and regulations will apply to Federally-assisted contracts receiving funds from the proposed recovery package.
