Shrimp Cocktail complimented by
Tuna Ceviche in red tortilla cup

Chicken breast in raspberry mole
with red rice pyramid and broccolini

Fresh Salmon stuffed with seafood mousse on white polenta
with red Swiss chard and chile pasilla crema

BISTEC CHARRO
10 oz ribeye steak marinated in chimichurri sauce stuffed with roasted garlic and grilled jalapeño, with mashed potatoes, onion rings and Swiss chard

Lobster meat sautéed in garlic-guajillo sauce on grilled corn polenta and
white beans-spinach-mushroom cassoullet
