Vancouver Private School Expo Will Save Parents Time

Time is running out to pre-register for the largest private school expo in Canada, coming soon to The Westin Bayshore in Vancouver. Parents at previous expos have been very happy to get in and learn about their education options.

The Vancouver Private School Expo returns to downtown Vancouver for a third straight year later this month. The Expo, hosted by Our Kids Media, is ideal for any parent who wants to investigate all their education options in the Vancouver area. Parents moving to Vancouver or thinking of switching schools in the city should absolutely attend.

This is the fourth stop for the Private School Expo this year. The event organization, wealth of information and availability of a wide variety of schools have impressed thousands of parents at previous expos. As one parent said, "It's excellent to have so many schools in one place. We gained a good understanding of the landscape of private schools in our area." Another added, "The Private School Expo has saved us time in terms of things to concentrate on as we search for the right school. It’s definitely helped us narrow our search." Private schools from throughout the Vancouver area, including West Vancouver and Victoria, as well as boarding schools from as far away as New York and Ontario will be in attendance at the expo.

In addition to meeting schools, parents will also be able to take in seminars by education experts. Parents at previous presentations praise them for being profoundly helpful. Each year, the seminar on Choosing a School is filled by parents. This year's presentation promises to be no different, with Robin Hinnell, executive director of Independent Schools Association of BC (ISA-BC) leading.

Paying private school tuition is usually the next biggest question for parents. Tim Davies, a Financial Consultant with Investor Group Financial Services – and a private school parent – will offer inside tips on "Financing a Private School Education." This year's Vancouver Private School Expo promises to be bigger and better than ever.

The Our Kids Media Vancouver Private School Expo will take place at The Westin Bayshore on Sunday November 28, 2010 from 12:00 to 4:00 pm.
