Varsha Marathe, CEO at Aspire Communications addressed a lecture to the students of IIEBM (Indus Business School), Wakad sharing her knowledge on entrepreneurship and Public Relations. The students were very enthusiastic to gain knowledge from her as Public Relations was a totally new subject to them.

In the lecture, she articulated about her journey towards becoming what she is today. After graduating in Commerce, she pursued MBA in Finance, following which she joined a PR firm worked for the administration and accounts department. Working here inspired her to be an entrepreneur. The ambitious lady that she is, she knew it wouldn’t have been easy.
She explained about the various difficult circumstances she went through and how she tackled all the circumstances. For a woman it is difficult to handle an empire yet we can witness her as a true inspiration for the young talent especially women who want to be leading entrepreneurs. She expresses” I am not only a business woman but also a mother of two kids.
At such a point of time it is very difficult to handle situations wherein you need to take care of your kids along with business. But I manage to handle all my three babies, my children and Aspire”, said Varsha Marathe.
The students to whom the lecture was addressed are pursuing MBA. They have high aspirations and were keen in knowing about the process of becoming entrepreneurs. She listed to them various spheres of life; how to take your life forward and have the dedication to work hard to achieve success. She also communicated the importance of having practical and theoretical knowledge.
It was overall a lovely experience for the students to gain upright knowledge on PR and entrepreneurship.
