UAE based Venatol Blue Chip Ventures announced in a Gala reception held in Dubai the new partnership with one of the leading film events which will offer a wide range of investment opportunities and support for the film and media industry. Dubai, with the recent DIFF, a preferred location for international productions from east and west, was selected by Venatol Blue Chip Ventures for the gala reception also to announce the race for the prestigious Dolphins trophies for the 2012 Festival!

410 films from 27 countries, from Australia to the US, were submitted last year. The panel of judges included winners of the most prestigious international cinema and TV awards, like Oscar and Emmy.

Dubai and Cannes, the legendary city of feature and advertising films opens its doors to corporate and TV films! Corporate films, videos and TV documentaries will have the chance of being awarded in one of the world’s most important film centers as well. Gold and Silver awards as well as the Grand Prix will be granted to the best films and videos within a special gala event, the Cannes Corporate Media & TV Awards Gala.Other highlights of the busy festival calendar are the famous World Tourism Film Award, the International Automobile Film Award staged in Frankfurt at the famous Frankfurt car exhibition and the World Environment Film Festival.
