The event was held on November 16, 2011 and provided students an opportunity to engage with attorneys of various industries and practice settings that involve intellectual property and corporate lawyering. Koenig’s experience includes securing and enforcing intellectual property rights in a wide range of diverse product and technology areas. He also has substantial experience in foreign intellectual property matters, including litigations, administrative proceedings, and licensing of territorial and global rights. Koenig is registered to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office and is a member of the bar in Pennsylvania, Connecticut and Massachusetts. He is admitted to the United States Supreme Court, U.S. Courts of Appeals for the Third, Fourth and Federal Circuits, and the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern and Middle Districts of Pennsylvania.
