Waytronx Subsidiary, CUI Inc, Reports New Sales Orders for October of $3,800,000 – Up 45% Year-Over-Year

Company reports open sales orders of $11,500,000 up 71% Year-Over-Year

TUALATIN, Ore. – November 23, 2010 – Waytronx, Inc. (OTCBB: WYNX), a platform company dedicated to the acquisition, development, and commercialization of new, innovative technologies today announced that its wholly owned subsidiary, CUI Inc, a provider of electromechanical components, posted new sales orders for October 2010 of $3,802,096.

These numbers represent a 45% year-over-year increase in new orders for the month, up from $2,628,357 in October 2009.  The figures also reflect a dramatic increase in total open sales orders at the end of October 2010 to $11,500,799; up from $6,721,353 at the end of October 2009 – This represents a growth rate of more than 70% or up $4,779,446.

As explained by William Clough, Waytronx’s president and CEO, “We continue to be encouraged by these numbers and the growth trend.  The performance numbers clearly evidence the fact that we continue to see an increase in new sales orders which, in turn, will result in increased revenues, profitability and our EPS.”

“This growth in new sales orders confirms our belief that the acquisitions and initiatives we have implemented since May 2008 will continue to produce positive results in revenue growth, profitability, and increased shareholder value,” concluded Clough.
