James G. Nowogrocki joins Weiss & Associates, P.C. as a Shareholder and Principal Focused on Employment and Insurance Law Matters

St. Louis, MO, December 01, 2009 (PressReleasePoint) -- Weiss and Associates, P.C. is pleased to announce the expansion of its practice areas with the addition of attorney James Nowogrocki as a Shareholder and Principal. Nowogrocki will primarily focus on employment law including discrimination, contract and non-compete matters.

In addition to focusing on employment law, Nowogrocki will handle complex federal trials and state court litigation for the firm in the areas of insurance law, toxic torts, commercial disputes and civil appeals. Nowogrocki is also a Certified Neutral for the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Missouri.

A Cleveland native, Nowogrocki earned his Juris Doctor degree in 1988 from Washington University School of Law, where he is now an adjunct professor in the trial and advocacy program. Nowogrocki earned a Bachelor’s in Journalism in 1981 from Marquette University. He is a member of the Board of Directors for Nest 45 of the Polish Falcons of America and a member and volunteer with the St. Louis Volunteer Attorneys and Accountants for the Arts.
