West Monroe Partners Named Finalist for ITA CityLIGHTS Award

Chicago, IL – April 17, 2009 –West Monroe Partners, a full-service business and technology consultancy, today announced that it has been named a finalist for an Illinois Technology Association CityLIGHTS award, in the Lighthouse Award category.

The Lighthouse Award is presented to the company that, through sustained growth, national reputation and recognized excellence in products and services, best represents the region’s growing stature as a home to quality information technology companies. The award winner must:

  • Have at least $10 million in annual revenue
  • Exhibit a commitment to customer service and have established a unique place in its market
  • Have a national reputation
  • Have demonstrated growth and financial stability over the past year
  • Have a significant employee base
  • Be part of an industry ecosystem (e.g., an industry board)
  • Be actively involved in the community and in seeding stakeholder success
  • Demonstrate sector leadership

For the first time ever, ITA association members and gala attendees were invited to cast their votes to help determine the winners. Voting closed on April 8. ITA will present the awards, which honor outstanding information technology companies, executives, and advocates in Illinois at the association’s 10th annual CityLIGHTS Gala on April 23 at Union Station in Chicago. All Illinois companies and executives are invited to attend the event, which is the largest gathering of technology executives in the state.
