What Comparison Shoppers Want from Credit Card Compare
The team at credit card comparison website, Credit Card Compare has been listening to its visitors and have now embarked on a process to massively improve the website.
Tuggerah, NSW, October 27, 2010 (PressReleasePoint) -- The team at credit card comparison website, CreditCardCompare.com.au has been listening to its visitors and have now embarked on a process to massively improve the website.
Most of the visitors said they were satisfied with the functionality, design, features of the website but pointed out things that they weren't satisfied about and told us exactly what they want to see.
"We wanted to know what our visitors thought of our site and so we listened, gathered responses from a survey over the past few months and now are going to give people what they wanted", says David Boyd, Co-Founder of Credit Card Compare.
What Did The Survey Tell Us?
Out of all the things that we've learned from listening to our visitors, we've found that people want faster website performance, a better credit card comparison filter, more independent reviews and details about each credit card (even if it isn't rosy) and above all else people are looking for more choice.
"We've been trying to make our comparison site the best of its kind in Australia and we realised there were a few areas where we needed to improve. So we reached out to the people for whom it matters the most - our visitors. Some of the feedback has been negative but thats okay and some of the data has been surprising. We've know for a while that there are some bugs with the credit card comparison filter on the homepage that we're addressing. We've also discovered that users are looking for more choice to be included on our credit card comparison site."
In an age of vast information with competing points of view on brands and products there comes the need for niche specific curators of information - and its no different for credit cards. Credit cards have long been one of those products that we all have use but don't know if we are really getting the best bang for our buck.
Credit Card Compare started in 2008 with the aim of collecting, sorting and independently reviewing credit cards thereby allowing consumers to compare credit cards for themselves in one place, review their options and apply directly & securely online at the bank of their choosing.
When the new site goes live visitors can expect considerably improved functionality, choice and detail. The release of the new website is expected sometime before Christmas.
