The Winter 2010 Issue of the APM News has been released. This is Our 11th Anniversary Year of our Quarterly Publication. Our first issue was written in the Fall of 1998.

This issue features an article "Open Letter to Our Representatives in Tallahassee" , which details suggestions that the Florida Legislature should follow to provide relief to community associations in Florida. Ask the Attorney Question and Answers was handled by Peter C. Mollengarden, Esq. Peter also wrote an article on document and rule enforcement. Peter is a partner with the law firm of Katzman, Garfinkle and Rosenbaum, in West Palm Beach, Florida.
