World leading parking provider, Vinci Park, ensures its migration to SEPA with Worldline's expertise

Vinci Park chooses Worldline, Atos subsidiary in e-payment and transactional services, to facilitate its migration to SEPA (Single Euro Payments Area). Vinci Park uses Worldline's SEPA solution, a comprehensive and adaptive product, to ensure its effortless migration to SEPA. Vinci Park has also chosen Worldline to provide management and electronic signature of its SEPA mandates. In this way, Vinci Park can now offer its clients an innovative electronic payment solution via electronic mandate signature, remotely or at point of sale.

Vinci Park selected Worldline for its flow management capability and the extensive functional coverage of its SEPA solution "Payment Suite", for simplified adoption of SEPA instruments:

  • Limited impact on tools and on processes
  • Simplified migration of existing mandates
  • Re-use of existing payment files
  • Fast implementation

As a partner, Worldline is able to offer several remote and POS electronic mandate signature solutions and meets European certification requirements at the highest level. These solutions can be adapted to client journeys across multiple channels thereby increasing conversion rates. With Worldline's electronic signature platform, Vinci Park will be able to create, modify and cancel a mandate completely paper-free, which will enable significant cost-saving.

Users may choose to pay for their Vinci Park subscription, securely and simply, by SEPA-format direct debit using online mandate signature.

Erwan Begos, Director of Audit and Payment Methods at Vinci Park: "We chose Worldline for their professional expertise in transactional services. Their flow management capacity, extensive functional coverage and the maturity of their SEPA product. Electronic mandate signature will enable us to differentiate ourselves by offering our customers an innovative service".

Pascal Dehaussy, Director of the Banking Finance & Insurance Business Unit at Worldline: "Worldline anticipated SEPA migration by investing in a solution which enables transition to SEPA payments with complete peace of mind. We are delighted to assist Vinci Park in this project by furnishing them with two of our innovative solutions: electronic signature and our SEPA solution for their e-payment projects".
