Xactware users report significant efficiency and improved customer satisfaction
BRISBANE, Australia, and LEHI, Utah, July 29, 2014 — Xactware, a leading provider of technologies for property claims, has announced its expansion into the Australian and New Zealand markets with claims solutions built specifically for Australian and New Zealand property insurance professionals.
Xactware, a member of the Verisk Insurance Solutions group at Verisk Analytics (Nasdaq:VRSK), was founded in 1986 and provides mobile and online property claims estimating and claims management tools that sync and store information digitally in the cloud. The company has enjoyed widespread adoption in countries where their solutions have been introduced. In the United States, 22 of the top 25 property insurers use Xactware’s property claims solutions as do 10 of the top 10 in Canada. In both the United States and Canada, more than 80 percent of insurance repair contractors use Xactware estimating tools. Xactware holds a similar market share among independent adjusters and other claims professionals. In addition, Xactware recently introduced its solutions to the United Kingdom, Ireland, Belgium, and Netherlands markets.
