Xeltek Now Offers 2 years Warranty on SuperPro Programmers

Peace of mind for 2 years with Xeltek : Save value of your programmer within this quick changing technology

Xeltek is working hard to match our customers' requests. And starting from 1st of March, 2010; all SuperPro 5000 series programmers such as SuperPro 5000, SuperPro 5000E, SuperPro 5004GP, SuperPro 5004EGP, SuperPro 501S, SuperPro 500P and our first ISP programmer SuperPro IS01 will now come with 2 years warranty by default.
Standard 2 Year Warranty is included with the purchase of any recently launched SuperPro Programmers. This standard warranty covers device update and programmer repair for 2 years. Xeltek pays FedEx GND when shipping product back to customer for US only. Covering shipping doesn't apply for international customers.
Programmer is warranted to be free of manufacturing or workmanship defects for two years from the date of purchase. For technical support, you may use

forum; you may also give us a call during our business hours Monday through Friday, from 8:00am to 4:30pm (PST).
This extended warranty policy that Xeltek will adopt doesn't cover free device update request. SuperPro 5000, SuperPro 5004GP, and SuperPro IS01 still offer 1 year free device update request, and standard 2 years warranty doesn't extend this option. And models purchased before 1st of March,2010 are not eligible within standard 2 years warranty coverage, but the warranty can be extended to 2 years with a nominal fee. On the other hand, as long as the product is actively sold by Xeltek, all customers can download the recent software with factory device updates for free.
