YOHO MIDTOWN is Sun Hung Kai Properties' (SHKP) major new residential project in the New Territories West. The developer plans to spend approximately $300 million on the Club MIDTOWN clubhouse, landscaped area and open space to enhance the project's unique 'MeWe' living concept. Sun Hung Kai Real Estate Agency Project Director – Sales Amy Teo said: "YOHO MIDTOWN will be a premium residence tailored for the young at heart and people looking for a happy lifestyle. We understand that comprehensive clubhouse facilities are essential to a happy living environment and so are including a large, deluxe clubhouse in the project. Club MIDTOWN on the second to fifth mezzanine floors will cover 220,000 square feet including the landscaped area and open space. Ms Teo also said that the two show suites and exhibition attracted a lot of attention, drawing over 3,000 enquiries from potential buyers in the past four days.
