Understanding the Unique Applicant Management Obligations of Federal Contractors

OFCCP’s applicant regulations examined at NJ Association of Healthcare Recruiters Event

Princeton, NJ—On May 15, 2013, Brittany J. Harris, a leading compliance expert at Berkshire Associates, a human resource consulting and technology firm that assists companies in building their ideal, balanced workforce, will help federal contractors and subcontractors understand their unique obligations as they relate to OFCCP’s regulations on applicants in her NJ Association of Healthcare Recruiters presentation: “Understanding the Unique Applicant Management Obligations of Federal Contractors”

In order to remain compliant when it comes to applicant management, contractors must be aware of OFCCP’s definition of an applicant, and how to implement policies and procedures to meet that definition. Contractors must also understand how to effectively track applicants and analyze data to determine possible and unintentional discrimination.

Brittany’s informative session will provide attendees with the latest updates, tools, and resources they need to ensure they are meeting their applicant tracking obligations as federal contractors.
