FORT WORTH, Texas — Today, American Airlines and the Professional Airline Flight Control Association (PAFCA) announced the ratification of an industry-leading three-year contract extension covering more than 500 dispatchers and operations specialists.

FORT WORTH, Texas — Today, American Airlines and the Professional Airline Flight Control Association (PAFCA) announced the ratification of an industry-leading three-year contract extension covering more than 500 dispatchers and operations specialists.
“Our dispatchers and operations specialists play a critical role in the success of American’s operation. Every day, they carefully coordinate and execute thousands of flights and ensure our airline keeps moving safely,” said Jessica Tyler, Vice President of American’s Integrated Operations Center. “This contract extension is well deserved and provides industry-leading pay and benefits for a team that’s the best in the business.”
The agreement provides immediate pay increases, 401(k) enhancements, the opportunity for improved profit sharing and a ratification bonus for dispatchers and operations specialists.
