Titan Alpha collaborated with ORMDI to establish the I*DEA brand and develop the voice, personality, and look and feel of the initiative. 

The I*DEA brand is designed to capture the hearts and minds of the VA employees and Veterans who will play a critical role in advancing a culture where everyone is treated with dignity and respect and has access to the care, benefits, and opportunities they need to thrive. In a break from the muted color palettes that are the hallmark of federal government brands, VA embraced a vibrant color story that radiates I*DEA’s optimism, friendliness, and authenticity. The I*DEA brand guide is a 60-page interactive PDF that fulfills its most basic function—brand guidance—while showcasing the compelling story of the initiative. It symbolizes the vision, commitment, and determination of VA leadership to make I*DEA a reality at VA and across the federal government. For the I*DEA brand mark, Titan Alpha conceived a deeply meaningful symbol: an asterisk shaped as an awareness ribbon.

MarCom is an international creative competition recognizing excellence in marketing and communications in the form of Gold and Platinum Awards. The Platinum Award is bestowed on those entries judged to be among the most outstanding entries in the competition.
