CEDA will explore the need for a substantial shift in how human services are delivered in Australia.
The limited progress in digitising Australia’s human services has been laid bare by the current crisis and early evidence suggests that some countries with better digital health infrastructure and records appear to be managing the pandemic more effectively.

The body of evidence currently available, including the Productivity Commission’s review of human services and Shifting the Dial report, outlines the need for a substantial shift in how human services are delivered in Australia.
