Management

Peter Voser is the Chairman of the Company. He was born in Baden, Switzerland in 1958. From 1979 to 1982 he studied for a Business Administration degree from Zurich University of Applied Sciences, Switzerland. Ulrich Spiesshofer is the CEO of the Company. He was born in Aalen, in the southwestern German state of Baden-Wuerttemberg. He holds a PhD in economics as well as a Master’s degree in business administration and engineering from the University of Stuttgart.
