Ed Bastian is the Chairman and CEO of the Company. He is an American business executive. He grew up in Poughkeepsie, NY. His father was a dentist and his mother was a dental assistant. He received a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from St. Bonaventure University in Cattaraugus County, New York. He is a Certified Public Accountant.
