About Magic USA

A Museum dedicated to Houdini. The only building in the world dedicated to Houdini. Before locating in Scranton the museum was located in New York City on the top floor of The Magic Towne House, on 61 Street and Third Avenue. The Magic Towne House was a popular magic show spot in New York for 15 years. Many of magic's most famous personalities wanted to open a magic show spot in New York, including Houdini, Thurston, Doug Henning, David Copperfield, etc. The Magic Towne House had the first magic venue in New York City to also do birthday parties, and at the time had the longest running magic show in the history of New York.
