About Nashville Health Care Council
The Nashville Health Care Council, founded in 1995 as an initiative of the Nashville Area Chamber of Commerce, is an association of health care industry leaders working together to further establish Nashville’s position as the nation’s health care industry capital.
The Council is supported by more than 270 member organizations, including Nashville-based and national health care companies and professional services firms that serve the health care industry.
The Council’s Board of Directors is made up of world-class executives in the health care management field. William F. Carpenter III, chairman and CEO of LifePoint Health, serves as 2013-2015 Council chairman.
