The business started out of the back of a pickup truck 40 years ago with Jan and Ron Matre, the founders. Sr. Ron would pick up pallets late at night in order to provide an opportunity for his two oldest sons to start a business of their own. Don Matre is the CEO and Ron Matre as head of sales were able to turn that small nighttime gig into a budding company. The business has over 100 employees spread between their two locations one located in Clarence NY and the other in Rochester NY. Don Matre have put a lot of focus on creating and maintaining relationships.
